Signal helps founders launch validation pages, collect waitlist demand, and accept paid reservation signals. By using the product, you agree to the terms below.
Use of the service
You may use the platform only for lawful business and product validation purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring that any information you publish is accurate and not misleading.
Founder responsibilities
If you publish a project, you are responsible for the claims, pricing, offer details, refund handling, and follow-up communication associated with that project. You must not use the platform to promote unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent products or campaigns.
Waitlists and reservation payments
The product may let visitors join waitlists or submit paid reservations through supported payment providers. Payment processing is handled by third-party infrastructure, and platform availability does not guarantee approval, settlement, or uninterrupted payment processing at all times.
Platform availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, abuse prevention, or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time as the platform evolves.
Data and content ownership
You retain ownership of the project content and materials you submit, but you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that content through the service. We may suspend or remove content that violates these terms or creates risk for users, payment partners, or the platform.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular commercial purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risk, or interfere with other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
